New Issue on support site not working

I'm happy to see renewed activity on Notae, particularly the sightings of 2.5. I was encouraged to offer some new suggestions but the New Issue tab on the Support Site is not working. "Rails application failed to start".

Hmm, this seems to be intermittent. It not only occurred when pressing the New Item, and the New Item worked...
